Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • HR Operations
  • Communicate and support the HR Business Partner to ensure employee relations policies and procedures are fairly and proportionately applied, whilst identifying opportunities for improvement to current practices.
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of up to date employment legislation, best practice and case law.
  • Responsible for the cover of payroll, ensuring they can compile all monthly payroll data, including but not limited to, checking and cross-referencing timesheets with absence and return to work forms, checking overtime approvals, any benefit or other updates.
  • Act as a team player with the wider HR team by sharing knowledge and expertise.
  • Providing timely and accurate management information on operational aspects of HR as required.
  • Drive and deliver HR excellence in line with KPI’s contributing to improved HR service and Employee Satisfaction.

  • Learning and Development

  • Collaborate with people leaders and HR Business Partner to conduct comprehensive needs analyses on a continuous basis, recognize emerging patterns, and provide recommendations to address gaps and/or potential opportunities
  • Partner with Talent Management to understand critical roles, leadership succession and capability to talent needs
  • Understand enterprise and regional business strategies and capability development needs
  • Promote the use of all learning solutions, including our e–learning platform, and maximise virtual learning wherever possible.
  • Support the HRPB to create the relevant development plans for managers and employees using the tools and avenues provided by Griffith Foods Globally.
  • Drive engagement, fulfillment and development at all levels of the organization, and foster an environment of continuous learning to encourage career growth, alignment to purpose and succession readiness
  • Define budget requirements to meet training objectives; tracks training costs for the company and serve as primary relationship owner with vendors
  • Gather feedback post training and implement changes

  • Desired Candidate Profile

    • Full Time Master of Business Administration - HR Form a premier institute, with minimum 5 years experience In HR operations and L& D/Training
    •  Experience managing courses, learning plans, and reports in a Learning Management System (LMS)
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Passion and interest in developing all levels across an organization and inspiring others to realize their individual purpose and potential
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
