Roles and Responsibilities

  • Solutions selling to enterprise customers including Bulk Media Promotions, SEO & SEM, Google AdWords & Social Media Promotions
  • Client acquisition, key account management and client servicing
  • Client Management & Business Development; New Client Acquisitions, Old Client Management & Lead Generation capability
  • Conceptualizing strategies for market penetration and Structuring of Digital Campaigns leveraging Unified Communications
  • Selling and upselling Digital Marketing using automation involving cloud computing solutions, SaaS, IVR, Web, Email, Mobile VAS, Mobility, G Suite, Messaging Services, Chatbots, and Social Media collaborative tools.
  • Create integrated strategies to develop and expand online sales, marketing, branding and advertising for enterprise customers
  • Corporate sales involving Inbound, outbound and blended contact center solutions
  • Building client relationship by acting as the interface between the client, the solutions development team, creative teams and service delivery team
  • Corporate sales for Mobile VAS involving Bulk messages Domestic and International and Long Codes.
  • Identify potential Clients & opportunities to add value and grow client relationships to maximize sales revenues and profitability.
  • Work closely with other functional support departments to review progress/issues and ensure follow-through on delivery, service & revenue tracking and reporting
