Accounts Executive – At Indiranagar ( Retail & E Commerce )

Roles and Responsibilities

• All billing related to projects
• Payment follow-up and collection
• Coordinate with Warehouse team for all inward completion .
• Generate project code
• Regular banking payment deposits
• Regular payouts to vendors, Statutory compliances and salary payments.
• Payment process in Banking as received from Finance Team and sharing the paid and processed details to Manjunath for Accounting.
• Updating if any payments get rejected in Bank due to any reasons.
• Creating separate Group in Tally for Project related Customers and Vendors and see to that all Invoices / bills are accounted up to date.
• Reconciliation of Project related Customer and Vendor ledger regularly.
• Project related Receivable and payable reports to be shared Every Friday.
• Advance details should be shared Every week.
• Banking Receipt and payment entries of project related has to be entered on daily basis without any delay.
• Any compliance like TDS and GST to be taken care on Accounting or Billing.
• Any documents to be provided to Bank on Project related has to be shared to Concern Finance Head.
• coordinating documentation for import and export for any project specific orders.
• Any other Jobs and responsibilities related to projects has to be taken care.
• Import and export of orders
• Cashflow management
• Project expense report and profitability
